Forestdale Primary School

 Achievement

Forestdale's success is evidenced by our children's amazing outcomes, which are well above national average across the school.

These results are from the academic year 2018 to 2019 as 2019 to 2020 performance measures have not been published by the Secretary of State.

We must continue to display our 2018 to 2019 performance measures until new performance measures are published.

Progress Measure

The DfE measured the progress children made from their end of KS1 assessments to the end of KS2

‘DfE Progress scores will be centred around 0, with most schools within the range of -4 to +4’.

  • A score of 0 means pupils in this school on average do about as well at KS2 as those with similar prior attainment nationally.
  • A positive score means pupils in this school on average do better at KS2 as those with similar prior attainment nationally.
  • A negative score means pupils in this school on average do worse at KS2 as those with similar prior attainment nationally.
