Parents are reminded that clubs run by external providers involve a direct arrangement between parent and provider. If you have any concerns about a provider you should address these with the provider in the first instance unless the concern involves a safeguarding issue, in which case we would advise you to report this to our safeguarding leads in school immediately. We insist that providers have current DBS safeguarding checks in place if they provide a club on site or if we promote it, however, as we do not monitor externally provided clubs, parents should also reassure themselves that all providers have current checks in place for all of their staff, particularly if there is a late substitution of staff for a club.
