Breakfast and After School Care
The Robin Club-Where Fun and Education Meet
The Robin Club provides busy parents with high quality care before and after school within a familiar setting.
All children who attend Forestdale Primary School are eligible to attend the breakfast or after school club. The Club will operate on any day that the school is open to children; it will not operate on INSET days.
The breakfast club opens at 7.30am until school starts. Parents drop off children at Gate 3 at either 7.30am or 8.00am. Breakfast is included in the cost and is served 8.15am. Examples of the breakfast provided are: porridge or buttered toast with banana, crumpets, bagel, pancake, beans on toast and scrambled egg on toast. Fruit or yoghurt are always available.
The after school club runs from close of school until 5.50pm. The children can enjoy a range of activities such as board games, arts and crafts, and playing outside when weather permits. Children will also be encouraged to do their homework.
A light snack will be served in the school dining hall from 4.30pm to 5pm. The cost of the meal is included in the price of the medium stay until 5.10pm and long stay club until 5.50pm. There is a three week menu for the supper. Examples of the meals provided are: beans on toast, soup, wraps, sandwiches, pizza slices. There is a mini salad bar available every day. Fruit and yoghurt will be provided for dessert.
Collection from Robin Club is either 4.30pm, 5.10pm or 5.50pm. Children are brought out to meet you at the collection gate 3. By booking a place for your child at the after school club you agree to our terms and conditions and will pick up promptly at the collection times provided. In exceptional one off circumstances, any change to collection time must be pre-arranged with the Robin Club manager.

Fees
All fees must be paid in advance of your child attending. Booking and payment are done through the Tucasi's School Cash Office website. We are unable to accept cash/cheques. Parents need to ask the school office for login details for School Cash Office.
You may use childcare vouchers to pay for the after school club. The school’s DFE number, which will be needed if you are using childcare vouchers for payment, is 3062084 and our Ofsted Registration is 101773.

We hope that by offering several price bands, parents will feel they can leave their child for a short time and not have to pay the full afternoon amount. Children booked until 4.30pm will NOT receive the supper.
