Allergen Alternative Menu 

Children with severe or multiple allergies registered for school meals need to have specific menus created tailored to their needs. Before a child can start eating school meals, the catering company must be informed of any allergies. 

To do:

• If your child has an allergy, please read the letter to parents from the catering company regarding special diets.

• Then complete the Allergen Alternative Menu form and return the form to the school office. 

• Regardless of whether your child has a food allergy or not, please complete sections 3a and 3b of the RECEPTION AUTHORISATION FORM* to say that you have read and understood the information on this page.
